After completing her Bachelor in Management at (Guangdong University of Foreign Studies) in China, Fei attained her Master Degree in Human Resources at Lancaster University, England. Upon graduation, she worked as an event organiser and had enjoyed her career in being part of the team to organise the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou.

In 2013, Fei resigned from her job and moved to Singapore to reunite with her husband. In this foreign land, she faced numerous challenges as a mother and her identity in a foreign land.  She counts it a blessing that she was introduced to Qijia FamilyworksAsia ministry, and her involvement in the courses was to beginning of a  transformative change in both her family and personal life. Through this ministry, Mo Fei discovered her life’s mission and has been tirelessly encouraging more parents to learn and grow alongside them.

Fay has been coaching the Early and Primary Years module since 2021.She was the lead trainer for Qijia’s FamClub, which is an online family programme. 

Fei holds a Certificate in Practical Counselling (Intermediate) from the Academy of Human Development, Singapore.

Fei has one 14-year-old daughter and two sons currently attending elementary school.
